Our Chef: Roberto Santillan
Our beloved chef began his journey at 17 years of age, when after graduating from culinary school, decided to come to Canada in search of fame. And fame he got. Roberto's incredible Paellas are truly a work of art; they contain chicken, chorizo, shrimp and calamari in a saffron wine.
Originally from Lima, Perú, Roberto has been part of Babalúu's family for more than eight years, taking after Agustín Martinez' kitchen; no one could have been better for the job.
A man of few words, but amazing taste. We are very proud of him.
